Every nomination is read by a person at Aatlas, not sorted by a machine.
3. Each month, we give one Aatlas.
We choose one nomination and give a free Aatlas to begin their story.
What we give
One Aatlas, the same one anyone can buy for $99. We'll email you a code that covers the full price, so it's ready to start. It holds the Timeline, the Places Map, the 1-Click Slideshow and Memories, and everyone you invite adds for free, with no account. There's no subscription and nothing to pay, now or later.
Please consider making their Aatlas public, so other people can learn about them and be inspired by them. That is always your choice. The gift is yours either way, and it stays private unless you ask.
Questions
Who can I nominate?
Anyone whose story should be kept: someone living, someone who has passed, or yourself. They don't need to be famous. Every life holds stories worth keeping.
Can I nominate someone who has passed?
Yes. A memorial is often where an Aatlas begins, and the people who knew them can still add what they remember.
Does it cost anything?
No. Nominating is free, and you don't need to buy anything to be chosen.
What happens to what I send?
Only people at Aatlas read it. We use it to choose each month's Aatlas and to write to you. We never publish it or share it without asking you first. If it isn't chosen, we delete it 12 months after it arrives.
Will you contact the person I nominate?
No. We only write to you. If your nomination is chosen, we'll write to you first, and you decide who starts their Aatlas.
Can I nominate more than one person?
Yes. Send one form for each person.
What if mine isn't chosen?
It stays in the running for 12 months, so you don't need to send it again. And you can start their Aatlas yourself whenever you're ready.
Do I have to make their Aatlas public?
No. It starts private, like every Aatlas, and stays that way unless you ask us to make it public.
