Your story, in your own words and your own voice

Aatlas helps you keep your own life story, one memory at a time. Write it, or speak it and Aatlas writes it down. Invite the people in your life to add their side, and Aatlas organizes everything into a Timeline, a Places Map, a 1-Click Slideshow and Memories. $99, once. No subscription.

You control your story

Share what you want the people in your life to know, in your own words and your own voice. You decide who's invited, and only they can see it.

It’s easier than you think

How Aatlas can help

The questions people ask before they begin, and what Aatlas does about each one.

01

“Where do I even start?”

Start with one memory

Pick one story you don't want to lose. Aatlas suggests questions across ten parts of a life to help you along. Memories with a date, even just a year, land in their place on your Timeline, and memories with a place are pinned on your Places Map.

02

“I'm not a writer.”

Speak it, a little at a time

Record a memory out loud and Aatlas writes it down, or add a photo with a single sentence. There's no right length and no wrong way to tell it.

03

“Will I ever finish?”

There's nothing to finish

Add a memory whenever one comes to mind. Your Aatlas is ready to enjoy from the first one, and it grows at your own pace.

No. Add one memory at a time, whenever one comes to mind. There's no deadline.

What can I add?

Written stories, photos, videos, audio files and voice recordings.

Can the people in my life add their side?

Yes. Invite anyone by email. They add their memories of you from the link in their invitation, free and with no account.

What does it cost?

$99, once. There's no subscription, and the people you invite never pay.

Can I print it as a book?

Not yet. Every Aatlas lives online for now. If we offer a printed edition in the future, we'll let you know.

Why tell your story?

Leave something for the people who come after you

You carry experiences only you can tell. Your story, in your own words, helps the people who come after you know who you were and what you learned.

Reflect on your journey

As your Aatlas takes shape, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on the turning points, lessons, and values that guided you along the way.

Let others add their side

Invite anyone you like to add their memories of you, free and with no account. You choose who's invited, and only they can see it.

Pay once. No subscription, ever.

Cards expire and renewals get missed. A subscription is the wrong shape for something meant to outlive us. Every Aatlas comes with 5 GB of space for photos, videos and recordings, and you can add more with a one-time purchase.
